1. Cancellation Policy

  • Once you have enrolled in a course, cancellations are allowed only within 5 days of purchase, provided that the course has not been accessed beyond a certain limit (e.g., 10% of the course content).
  • If a cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full/partial refund as per our refund policy.
  • Subscription-based courses or memberships may be canceled anytime, but refunds will not be provided for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of the subscription period.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Course Not Accessed: If you have purchased a course but have not accessed any lessons, you may be eligible for a full refund within 5 days of purchase.
  • Technical Issues: If you are facing technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course and our support team is unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Unsatisfactory Experience: If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 5 days, subject to review. Partial refunds or course credits may be offered in such cases.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • If a significant portion (e.g., 25% or more) of the course has been accessed or completed.
  • If the refund request is made after the eligible refund period.
  • If the course was purchased during a promotional offer or at a discounted price (unless otherwise stated).
  • If the issue is due to a lack of compatibility with your device or internet issues beyond our control.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel your course subscription, follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
